AMI General Terms and Conditions of AMI Purchase Orders

Production and/or delivery of parts to Aerospace Manufacturing, Inc. constitutes acceptance of all terms and conditions of the AMI purchase order.

Please email to orderconfirmation@awi-ami.com confirming receipt of order, pricing and delivery date. All shipments must be freight collect on AMI UPS account unless otherwise specified in writing. Aerospace Manufacturing will not pay freight charges on any invoice without prior approval.
